Welcome to "Glimsy"! By joining us, you expressly and fully agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Rules. We are committed to Islamic values and the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the app, you undertake to comply with them and bear full legal responsibility for your activity.
Who can use Glimsy
- You must be 13+ to use the app. You acknowledge that all your information (name, mobile number) is accurate, and you agree to link your account to a verified mobile number registered in your name and to national identity verification through (Nafath) if required to ensure reliability.
- Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- If you are under 18, you confirm you have parent/guardian permission.
- Keep your account secure and do not share login credentials with others.
Legal responsibility for content
Pursuant to the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, you alone are responsible for any data, information, or images you publish within the platform. Glimsy is only a technical intermediary and bears no responsibility whatsoever for user-generated content.
Red lines (Prohibited content)
It is strictly prohibited to publish content that:
- Violates Islamic creed, insults religions, or religious symbols.
- Undermines state security or national unity, or spreads false news.
- Violates the "Public Decency Preservation" system (indecency, inappropriate images).
- Includes slander, defamation, harassment, or bullying of others.
How sharing works
You control visibility through settings:
- Public (broad visibility)
- Followers/Friends (limited audience)
- Direct Messages (selected recipients)
Your content (license)
You own your content, but you give Glimsy a license to host, store, format, display, and distribute it to operate and improve the service (based on your settings). Only post content you have the right to share.
Safety and enforcement
We may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, or disable accounts to protect users, enforce rules, and comply with applicable Saudi law.
Platform ownership
All rights related to the "Glimsy" trademark, logos, designs, interfaces, software, and algorithms are the exclusive property of (Glimsy Tich), and it is prohibited to copy, imitate, or reverse-engineer them.
Service availability & liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Liability limits and exclusions are explained in the Full Terms of Service.
Governing law & disputes
Saudi law applies. Dispute handling (including arbitration details, if applicable) is explained in the Full Terms of Service.
